  • Where can I get Tonephile products?

    You can find an authorized dealer nearest you (there’s only one), or you can purchase from us directly here on our site.

  • Where do you ship to?

    Sorry, for now, only the continental United States. Maybe Alaska & Hawaii too, if you ask nicely.

  • What about International Sales?

    We accept all Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club cards. You can use pretty much any currency to pay. The amount will be converted to USD at rates determined by your credit card issuing bank. (If you have a Euro-based credit card, you might see an uneven Euro charge on your credit card).

Warranty

All Tonephile products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner and free from defects in materials (does not include normal wear on tweed coverings if applicable) for three years from the date of purchase by the original owner provided that:

  • The owner registers their product on the registration page within thirty days of purchase.
  • Problems are not the result of misuse, abuse, tampering, circuit modification, or accidents (i.e. spilled beverages), as these will void the warranty.
